5. Payment Terms

All services offered by Paren Skin are subject to agreed pricing terms based on the scope of work. Invoices must be paid as per the payment schedule defined in the client contract or quotation.

Late payments may attract penalties or service delays. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing work for non-payment.

All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR) or otherwise stated and are exclusive of GST unless mentioned.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services (e.g., product formulation, private labeling, packaging sourcing), once a project has been initiated or production has begun, no cancellations or refunds are permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In the event of manufacturing errors on our part, we will assess the issue and either:

• Offer a corrected batch

• Provide partial compensation based on the contract terms

Client-induced changes or third-party issues do not qualify for refund or rework liability from Paren Skin.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary formulations, brand strategies, business models, and any information exchanged during project discussions. This applies throughout the project lifecycle and for a minimum of two (2) years post-completion.

We reserve the right to display anonymized case studies unless otherwise restricted by a signed NDA.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paren Skin Innovations Pvt. Ltd. will not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services

• Delays due to third-party vendors, customs, or regulatory approvals

• Product misuse or failure caused by client modification or improper handling after delivery
